UOC representatives participate in International Theological Conference in Bose (Italy)

The XXVI International Theological Conference takes place in Bose, Italy on 5 – 8 September, 2018   . With the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy  of Kyiv and All Ukraine, a delegation from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church will also take part in this the XXVIth International Theological Conference on Orthodox Spirituality with the theme  “Discernment and the Christian Life”, reports the press service of the Lviv eparchy.
Representatives from Local Orthodox Churches, other denominations, theologians of various educational institutions and research centres  traditionally take part in the forum.
The UOC delegation which is headed by Archbishop Filaret of Lviv and Halych, includes: hieromonk Filaret (Voloshyn), Vice-rector of the KDAiS on educational and methodological work; Archimandrite Damaskyn (Lebed), Head of the KDAiS Library; Archpriest Andriy Nalyvaiko, lecturer at the Odessa Theological seminary; Serhiy Mykhailovych Bortnyk, Professor at KDAiS; Oleksandr Savych, the head of the administrative  apparatus of the Lviv eparchy.
At the conference, prominent world theologians and scholars presented their theological reports:

During the work of the theological conference, Vladyka Filaret read the congratulatory message of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufriy of Kyiv and All Ukraine  to the organisers and participants of the forum.
